Shipping Info
Last updated 10 August 2026
- Free, fully insured shipping on every order. No minimum, no express surcharge.
- Someone has to sign. A parcel is never left on a doorstep.
- Two clocks, not one. Making takes 5–7 business days; transit begins after that.
- Nothing in the box shows a price, so an order can go straight to the person it is for.
What shipping costs
Nothing. Every order ships free, and every parcel is insured for the full value of the piece until it is signed for. That is why a signature is a condition of delivery rather than something you can waive.
Making time, then transit time
Nothing is lifted off a shelf. Each piece is set by hand once you order it, and that takes 5–7 business days before it is handed to a carrier. Transit runs after that, not alongside it. Engraving, or a ring size we do not hold, adds two to three business days to the making stage only.
| Destination | Made and dispatched | In transit after dispatch | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Domestic | 5–7 business days | [transit window] | Free, insured, signature required |
| International | 5–7 business days | [transit window per region] | [confirm whether free shipping extends abroad] |
[Replace the bracketed cells with the regions you ship to and the windows your carrier publishes.]
Tracking
You get two emails: one confirming the order, one when the parcel leaves us with the carrier and tracking number on it. A new number can take a few hours to show its first scan, which is normal. If nothing has moved two business days after dispatch, tell us and we will chase it.
What arrives
Your piece comes gift-ready in a Novara box, with the IGI certificate for its centre stone and a care card covering cleaning and storage. You can add a handwritten note at checkout at no cost. No document in the parcel shows a price.
Customs, duty and import tax
An order crossing a border can attract import duty or local tax. Those charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund them. [State whether you ship delivered duty paid, so nothing is owed on arrival, or delivered duty unpaid, where the carrier collects before handing the parcel over.] A parcel refused at customs is treated as a return.
If a delivery fails
If nobody can sign, the carrier will try again or hold the parcel at a local depot and leave instructions. Anything unclaimed comes back to us, and we will resend once at our cost. Check the address on your order confirmation while there is still time to correct it.
Returns and resizing
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn piece, and rings can be resized free in the first year. The conditions, including returning the IGI certificate with the piece, are in the Refund Policy.
Returns and the warranty are in the Refund Policy, your details in the Privacy Policy, and the terms of sale in our Terms & Conditions.
